Northcroft (Malaysia) is the first quantity surveying practice in Asia to be certified with Building Information Modelling (BIM) Level 2 in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650-1:2018 & BS EN ISO 19650-2:2018.

Our history
Founded in London as Northcroft, Neighbours & Nicholson in 1840 by Henry Northcroft, the history of our firm is virtually as long as the profession it adorns. The firm also has a long history internationally, starting with our commission in the late 1890s as the quantity surveyors for the construction of the Royal Navy’s dockyards around the world.
Northcroft nowadays have offices around the world, providing the same dependable services to both our local and multi-national clients.
We are very proud of our long history in providing high quality, professional Quantity Surveying and Construction Consultancy Services. We even kept a copy of a Bill of Quantities from 1870 which was prepared by our founder, Henry Northcroft.
